Mike is a life long resident of Winona and has been in the auto business for 33 years. His dream came true when he assumes ownership of Sugar Loaf Ford Lincoln in 2013. He loves the fact that it is staffed by long termed employees who have become like family. It makes a huge difference. Mike enjoys riding his motorcycle, traveling the area, outdoor activities and his family.

Dan was born and raised in the Houston ,MN area but now resides with his wife Debbie on Peterson Lake near Wabasha ,MN .

Joe grew up in Zimmerman, MN where his dad was the town mechanic. That is where he developed his passion for cars.
After working for Dominos Pizza for ten years in a middle management capacity he decided to pursue his passion for cars and he began working for Sugar Loaf Ford in 1992.
He enjoys fishing, his family and making people laugh. He likes to volunteer his time by being on the board of the Riverway Charter School and actively involved with the Church of Christ.

In 1908 His family started one the first Ford dealers in Minnesota.

Ryan has over 18 years with the Wisconsin Army National Guard. He's beginning his transition into the Sales industry with the Sugar Loaf Ford Lincoln family. Sue has been with us for three years. She was born and raised in Winona, MN with a short stint to N. California, however, she missed the MN seasons so much she married and moved back. Sue is a local bowler with membership in the Winona Women's Hall of Fame and 600 club. Sue handles the Accounts Payable part of the dealership!
